General Terms and Conditions(AGB)

Our terms and conditions comply with the „Conditions recommended by the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers“ Association (ZVEI) as of January 2002„ and the “Supplementary clause on extended reservation of title as of November 2005" of the same association.

Prices

All prices are subject to change, refer to the specified price unit and are exclusive of packaging. All prices are ex works, plus statutory VAT.

Shipping and packaging

Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost price, but the packaging will not be taken back.

Payment

Invoices from RUPPtronik are payable within 14 days of invoicing without any deductions.

Minimum quantities

If the minimum order value of EUR 250 net per order is not reached, a processing fee of EUR 25 net will be charged.

Ordering methods

Quotations from RUPPtronik and orders are processed exclusively by email/fax/letter. For orders via internet platforms, a processing fee of Euro 2500 net will be charged per order.

Illustrations and descriptions

The illustrations, dimensions, descriptions, technical details and packaging units given in the respective catalogues are not binding; RUPPtronik expressly reserves the right to make changes.
