Spacek Labs model MW-1B-6X is a full-band, biased mixer with a 6X LO frequency multiplier. The RF and multiplied LO ports span from 75 to 110 GHz in WR-10 waveguide. Due to the full W-Band active multiplier on the LO port of the mixer, the LO input frequency ranges from 12.5 to 18.33 GHz at +13 to +18 dBm. The IF port (SMA-f) covers 10 MHz to 3 GHz and is supplied with a DC block. Conversion loss is 7 dB typ. and 12 dB max. Lower conversion loss is available on units with reduced bandwidths. The input 1dB compression point is -5 dBm (typ). The DC bias requirement is +12 Volts at 500mA.
